More thrust gives you a longer dash distance, which is again reduced by mass, but not as much as running if I remember correctly. The armor will need to be blue to get all the mod slots though but it still works with lesser gear, just might not be able to shoot as much and use other perks. Might be able to min/max it more but, with it already killing most mechs in two fire commands at optimal range didn't see a need to. Setup I found to be one of the more powerful setups is a Medium.
